Refund Policy

We want you to be confident subscribing to TraderVerity Pro. This policy explains exactly when a refund is available and when it isn't — no ambiguity.

When you're eligible for a refund.

You may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment if both of the following are true:

  1. Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the charge date for that billing period.
  2. You have not accessed any paid features during that period (see Section 2 for the full list of what counts as access).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

What counts as accessing paid features.

A refund is not available once you have accessed any Pro-tier feature or data, regardless of how briefly. This includes:

No refund once you have accessed any of the following:

  • Trader identity — the real name, username, or profile link of any ranked trader
  • Direct links to a trader's Telegram channel, exchange profile, or social accounts
  • Detailed per-trade history or signal logs beyond the free summary
  • Budget-matched shortlists or personalised trader recommendations
  • Performance alerts or notification features
  • Any data or feature marked as Pro or locked behind the upgrade paywall

The rationale is straightforward: once proprietary data has been viewed, it cannot be "returned." The value has been delivered. This policy exists to prevent the service from being used as a free lookup tool by cycling through subscriptions.

What is not refundable.

  • Charges more than 7 days old.
  • Any billing period in which a paid feature or locked data was accessed.
  • Partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations — your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • Charges resulting from a failure to cancel before a renewal date. We send renewal reminders; managing your subscription is your responsibility.

How to request a refund.

Email us at support@traderverity.com with the subject line Refund Request. Include the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We'll verify eligibility and confirm the outcome within 2 business days.

Please do not file a chargeback with your bank before contacting us. We process eligible refunds promptly, and chargebacks create friction and fees for both sides. If you've contacted us and haven't received a response within 3 business days, then escalate through your bank.

Cancellations.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not trigger a refund of the current period's charge; see Section 1 for refund eligibility.
