The service.
TraderVerity is a data platform that independently tracks and verifies the historical performance of crypto signal channels and copy-traders. We provide rankings, risk metrics, and verification data derived from real trade records. We are not a broker, exchange, financial adviser, or investment manager.
Not financial advice. Nothing on this platform — no ranking, metric, trend, or profile — is a recommendation to buy, sell, follow, or invest. All data is historical. All decisions and their consequences are yours alone.
Eligibility and accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TraderVerity. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and that using the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@traderverity.com.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or refund policies is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
Subscriptions and billing.
TraderVerity offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions billed monthly or annually. All prices are shown in USD. Prices are subject to change; existing subscribers receive at least 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. See our Refund Policy for the circumstances under which a refund of the current period is available.
We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's services agreement. We do not store your card details.
Acceptable use.
The following are prohibited:

Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of any data from the platform without express written permission.

Redistributing, reselling, or publishing TraderVerity rankings or trader profile data, in whole or part, without permission.

Using the platform to harass, defame, or contact any trader whose profile is listed in the rankings.

Attempting to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security.

Creating accounts to circumvent subscription restrictions or abuse the refund policy.

Impersonating TraderVerity, its staff, or any other user.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Data accuracy and no guarantees.
We take significant care to verify performance data and describe our methodology fully at traderverity.com/methodology. However, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or free from error. Simulated signals are models — they reconstruct what likely would have happened, not what definitely did.
We make no guarantee about the future performance of any trader listed on the platform. Historical verified performance is not a predictor of future results.
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Intellectual property.
The TraderVerity platform, its rankings data, verification methodology, scoring algorithms, design, and content are owned by TraderVerity and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Trader names and profile links we display are sourced from public channels. We claim no ownership over a trader's own identity or their publicly published content.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderVerity and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain liability; in those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.
Termination.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, and without refund where violations are clear. Where termination is in error, contact us and we will review. If you disagree with a termination decision, email support@traderverity.com.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes — those that affect your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and contact.
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where TraderVerity is registered. For any questions, disputes, or legal notices, contact us at legal@traderverity.com. We will respond within 10 business days.
